Classes & Instructors

Our instructors have more than 30 years of combined experience of training and instructing students of all ages. In addition, our instructors also are CPR certified and have all respected background checks.

Our Classes

Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons

Teaching students timing, distance and control while focusing on following instructions and listening skills.

  • Ages 4-7
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30pm-6:00pm

Beginner Youth Class

Instructing students on the concept of self control and maintaining discipline throughout all areas of life.

  • Ages 8-11
  • Colors: White Belts to Orange Belts
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 6:00pm-7:00pm

Advanced Youth Class

Instructing students on the concept of self control and maintaining discipline throughout all areas of life.

  • Ages 8-11
  • Colors: Orange Belt with a Stripe and higher
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 7:00pm-8:00pm

Adult Class

Empowering students to work together as a family while being involved with martial arts for life. This class helps to provide students motivation and confidence.

  • Age 12 & Up
  • Colors: All ranks
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 8:00pm-9:00pm

Advanced Class

  • Ages: Rank Related
  • Colors: Brown Belts and higher
  • Wednesday 7:00pm-8:00pm

Our Instructors

Brennan Ganteaume

Brennan started with the World Tang Soo Do Association in June of 2003. He has been involved for 21 years. Brennan currently holds a 3rd degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. He enjoys being involved in teaching new students and instructors and watching them grow.

Certified Corner Judge

 

Troy Milholin

Troy has been with Lititz Martial Arts for 8 years and holds a 1st degree black belt in Tang Soo Do. He is currently cross training in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu at Gracie 717 in Lancaster, PA. Troy’s dedicated leadership to training and helping around the studio is remarkable. He is relied on heavily when classes are busy and as our studio continues to grow.

Josh

Tessa Pasker

Tessa has been with Lititz Martial Arts for 4 years and currently holds a red belt in Tang Soo Do. She assists Brennan with instructing the Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons class in addition to the youth classes and really enjoys seeing their spirit shine!

 

Tessa won the 2024 Adult Female Gup Grand Champion for Region 8’s Spring tournament in May.

Tim

Matteo

Carter

Cho Dan Bo training for 7 years and just passed his Cho Dan test to become a black belt. He helps by being an assistant instructor and currently runs track and cross trains at Moser’s Mat Club in Newmanstown, PA.

Aiden

Aiden has been training for 7 years and helps by being an assistant instructor. He is a solid asset to our youth and adult students by being a great technician and leading classes with confidence.

 

Aiden won the 2024 Region 22 Ambassador Cup (equivalent to the Regional Cup for in Region members) in Pittsburgh, PA in April.

Reece

Reece has been training for 4 years and helps by being an assistant instructor. He is a great help to our Tiny Tigers and Little Dragons program in addition to helping instruct our youth classes.

Reece and his father Tim are multi tournament award recipients and have traveled to many other regions to compete.

Ragan

Ragan has been training for 4 years and helps by being an assistant instructor. He is a huge help when instructing our youth classes. He is energetic, and values to make a different in our students.
